Many dogs feel much more comfortable outside than they would in a studio. Parks, woodland walks and open spaces can help them feel calmer because they are doing something familiar: walking, sniffing, exploring and being with their favourite person.
There is no pressure for your dog to perform. We work at their pace, with breaks when needed, and use the natural environment to create beautiful images.

The North East has so many gorgeous outdoor locations for dog photography. Woodland paths, open fields, parkland, seasonal flowers, autumn leaves and soft evening light can all create stunning backdrops.

Perfect for dogs with big personalities
Some dogs are natural posers. Others would rather chase leaves, roll in the grass, or investigate every interesting smell. Both are absolutely fine.
Your dog does not need to be perfectly trained to have a photoshoot. In fact, some of the best images come from the in-between moments: the happy run back to you, the head tilt, the muddy paws, the soft glance, or the joyful expression when they are doing what they love.
